Holistic Nutrition, how does it work?

Holistic Nutrition is a natural approach the food we eat and the habits that form our day to day life. We use evidence-based techniques for diet, lifestyle and healthcare. Instead of focusing on just macro nutrient intake and its effect on body composition, holistic nutrition evaluates all of the environmental factors that create your environment, psychological, physical, social and current dietary habits of an individual in order to find the source of your health issues. Here are just some of the issues I can help with:
